Happy September! Now that school is back in session and the weather is turning, we want to turn our focus this week on the basics. You know, the fundamentals of living and loving a healthy and fit lifestyle. To do just that, we’re doing a full week of Back to Basics special content. Woot! Woot!
In similar fashion to what we did last year, this whole week we’re bringing you rad (did I just say “rad”? Hmmm…either that word is making a comeback or I’m super duper uncool) posts that give you the 411 on everything from how to create a workout schedule to how to dress when you’re not at your goal weight to cooking tips to a perfect workout for beginners. In addition, every day starting tomorrow, we’re also giving away some amazing fit goodies that can help you kick-start your healthy lifestyle this fall. Oh, and each FBG is even sharing what life lessons we’ve learned from living a healthy lifestyle, so that hopefully you’re inspired to kick things up a notch in your own life.
