Greek yogurt and nuts are my go to snacks.
i am obsessed with my hot air popper and eat popcorn nearly every day for my mid-afternoon snack! i think my parents got this air popper for their wedding in 1981 but it still works like a charm!
I love to snack on a Laughing Cow Light Swiss wedge and apple slices. It’s a delicious snack!!
I think my fave snack is a banana and some dark chocolate peanut butter from Peanut Butter & Co. It tastes like a totally guilty treat but it’s great pre-workout fuel for this lady!!
Carrot Sticks are my favorite healthy go-to snack, especially if I have a sweet craving!!
Smoothies always tide me over! Start with a base of almond milk and cottage cheese (you can’t taste it, promise! it makes up for the lack of protein in almond milk though!), and add in ice and whatever else! My personal favorite at the moment is thin mint flavored: some cocoa powder, vanilla, mint extract, and a handful of spinach 🙂

Low-fat, Chocolate Chunk, Chewy Quaker Granola Bars! They may be meant for 5-year-olds, but I’m 25 and still loving them! 🙂
Frozen Grapes are awesome! They’re sweet, somewhat reminiscent of ice cream, and good for you.

I just discovered this popcorn the other day, and I love it! It’s a great snack when I want something salty.
Otherwise, string cheese is my go-to snack.

Hmmm, favorite snacks is a big list! Almonds or pistachios; air-popped popcorn with a spritz of butter spray and a sprinkle of seasoned salt of some sort; fruit in bite-sized pieces; once in a while a square of dark chocolate…
Love the crunchiness of fresh veggies like carrots,celery, cucs, beets. Simple and satisfying without the packaging and processing.

Fruit is by far my favorite healthy snack. Other than that I would say Greek yogurt or light cheese.
Frozen red grapes are satisfying to the sweet tooth as well as adding reservatrol to my diet in which is a “fat releaser”! I say “boom” for these!

Fresh broccoli dipped into Daisy brand Sour Cream ! I like to buy the seasoning packs of McCormick and mix it into the sour cream…BOOM !

My current fav is roasted chickpeas. There are lots of good brands out there, or you can just roast some canned chickpeas in the oven with your seasonings of choice! I just made some dusted with cocoa powder, cinnamon and a bit of cayenne. Yum!
