What Level of Exerciser Are You?
This whole Back to Basics Week has been namely for beginners, showing them how to create an effective workout schedule, dress to look their best, swap unhealthy ingredients for better-for-you ones and so much more. However, no matter what level of exerciser you consider yourself to be—beginner, intermediate or advanced—we think this past week probably taught a thing or two to even our more advanced and fit readers. After all, you never stop learning (or needing that reminder of what you already know)! So today, we wanted to ask all of you, when it comes to working out, what “exercise level” do you consider yourself to be?
Funny enough, I’ve been all three exercise levels at different times of my life. These days though, I’d put me smack dab in between intermediate and advanced. What about you? —Jenn
