Created just for us (awww, we feel so special!) by David Magone, founder of PranaVayu Yoga, this yoga for weight-loss workout has been designed specifically in a very easy-to-follow and understand way for all the yoga newbies out there.
This standing pose sequence will help you get your heart rate up, tone your thighs and build your upper-body strength in just under 30 minutes.
