Who’s Your Favorite Yoga DVD Instructor?

Credit: Tomas Sobek

For years now, Rodney Yee has been my go-to yoga workout DVD guru. I dig his mix of spirituality, flowing routines and giving instruction, but not too much instruction. But after chatting with Shiva Rea and doing some of her workouts and trying out Tara Stiles’ new DVD recently, well, I think I have a couple new go-to yogis (or yoginis, more appropriately). But what about you? Who is your favorite?

Okay, I kind of love everyone on this list! So I guess my real fave is…all of the above! What about you? And who did we forget? —Jenn

Not a dvd, but all the instructors at yogatoday.com are top notch. They come from different schools, so you get a whole bunch of different approaches to yoga so you don’t get bored. It’s a pay site, but has a different hour long class every week for FREE 🙂
