Your Holiday Gift Guide: 6 Fit Gifts for the Peeps You Love

6 Fit Gifts Worth Giving

5. StreetStrider. Phil Dunphy from Modern Family might have said it best in a recent episode where he rode a StreetStrider: “I’m not a rider, I’m a strider.” (God, we love that show.) Because this cross between a bike and an elliptical? Well, it just rocks. Not only does it give you a stellar low-impact workout in the great outdoors, but if the weather is less than stellar, you can add an indoor package to the StreetStrider, turning it into what is pretty much an indoor elliptical. Sah-weet! If you plan to give the gift of fitness equipment this holiday season, the StreetStrider is an awesome one to try. (And it’s all self-powered—no electricity!)

Best for: Folks who like biking and the elliptical! At the same time!

Price: With multiple models for kids and adults, prices range from about $500 to $2,000.

Love this!! My sister and I always give each other fitness-y gifts to help us stay motivated. It was my birthday yesterday and I’m out off town- she actually sent a book to my kindle! We’re obsessed 🙂 The book is pretty cool too. It’s called “Nutritional Alignment” have you ladies heard anything about it? Here’s the link thing if you want to see it, I’d love to hear your take. My sister and I read you religiously!
