    I am now following her on Twitter. Thank you for informing me about yumuniverse.com. I have never heard of it but it looks like something I have been looking for to give me ideas on a plant-based diet. I basically make the same old thing or eat frozen dinners. I would like to start the New Year being inspired to cook different plant-based meals instead of relying on frozen dinners.

    I’m excited about the launch of Fit Bottom Eats. I just heard about this site the other day and it’s already proving helpful. I’m looking forward to a healthier plant-based diet as I have a chronic injury that is preventing me from exercising for the time being and this sedentary lifestyle has helped me pack on the pounds. I’m simply trying to get healthier as I continue on my road to recovery.

    I live with 5 guys (hubby, 3 sons & father-in-law). Only my father-in-law would give a vegan or vegetarian diet a chance! So I’d like to try it on my own, but don’t want to have to make two separate dinners every night!

    I need more healthy yum in my Life because I have a mad crazy sweet tooth, and do not how to tame it without fudge, cookies or cake ! I love fresh fruit, but it is very expensive and I have a family to feed ; I wouldn’t mind eating veggies to help calm the sweet beast 🙂

    This is the year that I have to have to lose weight. I will be 60 in June and I truly do not want to look like this. Last year I accomplished my first 4 resolutions and this year I just have one. Got to do it!!

    I was motivated last Dec. & lost 35 lbs. Then life happened in August…I went back to school (after 20+ years), my kids went back to their sports and we went back to fast food due to lack of time.
    I’ve gained 10+ lbs back and would welcome healthy meal planning help. No more school for me – kids schedules comes first- but I am beginning my fitness/healthy living routine tomorrow. And this would be a double blessing as my husband and kids would benefit also.

    Trying to spice up my bland diet due to stomach issues and food intolerances. I play it safe and tend to eat the same things but not really thrilled with the same safe foods every day. Yum sounds just what I need.

    I need more healthy yum in my life b/c I eat the same things over and over and over, chicken breasts, ground chicken, ground 1% turkey and tuna, I mix it up a little with preparation and sides but it is pretty redundant and is about saving time and eating lean, not about yummy goodness.
