No matter how hard you plan, healthy living can take a bit of a hit around the holidays. Instead of making those New Year’s resolutions that last a day or so, why don’t you plan to join us for life? FBG Life, that is!

You don’t know what FBG Life is all about, you say? It’s only the best way to get on track with healthy living, we say. Need more specifics than that vague answer? Fair enough. It’s a series of online classes taught by FBG Jenn. They’re interactive, inspiring and will give you a reason to get excited for Sunday nights.

So if you want to live a healthier life, make better food choices, stop hating exercise and stop obsessing about weight, this class if for you. In January, we’ll be launching a weight-loss specific eight-week program to help you do all that—plus.

What You Need to Know About FBG Life

  • Watch past recordings. We’ve got several free classes posted, so check them out to get a feel for what class will be like!
  • Proven results. Don’t just take our word for it. Hear from other FBG Life students about how it’s changed their lives!
  • You have questions; we have answers! From what you’ll need to what you can expect—and the meaning of life (really!)—we have the As to your Qs.
