PrintI hope all of  you mamas have had a wonderful start to the New Year. Hopefully you’ve made it this far with your resolutions, and hopefully if you’re forming new habits, they’re sticking! But regardless of  your resolution resolve, we’ve got a couple of things that will help you be healthier, fitter and hopefully happier than ever in 2013!

We’ve added a new site to our Fit Bottomed franchise, and it will keep all of our yummy food content in one spot. We’ll still post food goodies here on occasion, but if you want a one-stop shop for all things magically delicious like healthy recipes, personal blog posts, cooking tips and interviews with celeb chefs, Eats is for you. And with the tagline “Being a foodie with a fit booty” we guarantee our signature humor will be present. (It’s our gift to you, har har!)
