  1. Happy 1-week anniversary! I would love to see some discussion of different kinds of diets. I’ve always been curious about paleo and raw food diets, but really don’t know much about how these dietary changes have affected people in their everyday lives.

    1. I should clarify that by diet, I mean eating lifestyle, not a temporary or crash diet.

I’m vegan and a runner. Always looking for great healthy food to keep me going.

  3. Rebecca says:

Vegetarian and vegan options please!!! I run and strength train and am interested in nutrition info and vegetarian recipes.

Loved the recent piece about fear of cooking fish – I suffer the same! Would have loved some more tips about HOW to cook the fish, though (bake? pan fry? grill? steam?). I’m of the Paleo-bent, so I’d love to see some recipes/tips covering that angle.

Good to know, Sheree! On our to-do list! 🙂

Congrats, girls! This is awesome. I would love to hear more about clean eating and fun ways to eat whole foods. I’m trying to cut everything processed outta here! 🙂
