My Reusable Coffee Cozy Makes Mornings Magical

There are about a million posts over on Fit Bottomed Girls where I declare my love for coffee (here and here, for example). I like it black—or with cream—or sweetened—or not. I like dark roast best, but have also fallen in love with the Blonde roast at Starbucks. (By the way, how fun is it to order a “tall blonde?” I can’t be the only one who finds this funny.) And my local coffee shop? Well, I adore the place. It’s warm and cozy, and I can always get a seat, an electrical outlet and a smile. The coffee is amazing, and the music is good. It’s a fabulous place to write when I need to focus, but not in complete isolated silence. The place just has a good vibe. Another reason why I dig it? Almost everything they sell is locally made. There are tons of gluten-free goodies and local art—and coffee cozies.

Yes, like a cozy, but for your coffee. Have you seen them? They are SO. DARN. CUTE. And useful!  And reversible!

Instead of using those little cardboard sleeves that you always throw away and don’t really work all that well, this coffee cozy gives your hand a cooler spot to hold, and a hella cute spot at that. Ryan got me this for Christmas, and he could not have done a better job picking out the colors—especially those yellow buttons. I’m obsessed with those yellow buttons.
Yes, I could be even more eco-friendly by bringing my own cup, but let’s be honest: hauling around a clean coffee tumbler is way harder to remember and pull off than this coffee cozy that I can throw in my purse. Plus, every little bit helps the Earth, right? Simply put, this little colorful coffee cozy makes my beloved cup of coffee even more awesome. I adore it. And obviously have a healthy obsession with it.
Do you have a coffee cozy? Want one? Check out your local coffee shop to see if they have one, too, or hop over to Etsy and Amazon where they have some cute ones you can snag! —Jenn

I’m uber craftsy and would so make one of these–preferably with a zipper for my coffee card or spare coin!
