3. You drink crazy protein shakes. We’re obviously fans of smoothies, but when’s the last time you looked at the ingredients label on your protein powder? All that stuff you can’t pronounce? Yeah, you probably don’t want that going in your body.

Solution: The next time you go to stock up on protein powder (or any supplements for that matter!), don’t just blindly get what the guy at the counter recommends. Do some research, check what ingredients and fake sugars are in there, and then make a more informed and healthier decision. Oh, and go ahead and put some spinach or kale in your smoothie. It’s good for you, and you won’t taste it. Promise.
