5. You’re afraid to order a salad. That whole steak-and-potatoes or hamburger-and-fries schtick you’ve been ordering for years? Well, it’s time to mix it up. Your health will thank you—as will your results from the gym.
Solution: We’re about all good things in moderation, and that applies to dudes’ eats, too. While the occasional burger is fine, it’s best to get the bulk of your diet from lean proteins, fruits, veggies and healthy fats. So go ahead, order a salad with the dressing on the side. Get the steamed fish. Sub your fries out for a side salad. If any of your friends give you hell for it, send them our way. Veggies rock!
