It’s something we say on FBG all the time: You are more than the number on the scale. But what if you can’t seem to get away from feeling like that number is so important? Or if you can’t imagine a day without stepping on it to see if you’re going to have a good day (read: a lower number that you want) or bad day (read: heavier than you expected).Or maybe your brain just won’t stop calculating how many calories or fat grams you’ve had—or, even worse, telling you that stink. Ladies, this is no way to live!

No matter your size, we all deserve to feel happy and good in our own skin right now. And yo-yo dieting, obsessing, weighing yourself all the time, and placing all of your self-worth on your pant size is a sure-fire way to miss so much of what a truly healthy and happy life can really offer!

Which is why in April we’re offering a four-week online class to get you to break up with the scale and drop the diet drama once and for all. Week by week, we’ll teach you why diets don’t work (it’s not just your willpower!), how you can eat and work out to more sanely reach your goals, and how to create your very own customized healthy lifestyle that you love and feel empowered by.

Get more details here and join us for what will be a life-changing experience this April!Jenn
