Remember how last month we took to the interwebs to feature one of our favorite fit and healthy foodie bloggers, Caitlin from Healthy Tipping Point? Well, we’re back at it again with Tina Haupert of  Carrots ‘N’ Cake! We’ve already shared how and why she started her blog (some other great advice, too!) over on Fit Bottomed Girls, but read on for the more foodie side of her life!

What is your favorite healthy meal? I’m in love with this recipe for Paleo Pad Thai lately. It’s so good!
If you could only eat three things for the rest of your life, what would they be? Nut butter, bananas and confetti cake.
What’s the one kitchen appliance or utensil that you couldn’t live without? Cuisinart Smart Stick Hand Blender. It’s small, but it’s a blender, food processor and whisk in one!
What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten? Bone marrow, cow tongue… I’ll pretty much try anything once!
If you could make one unhealthy food magically healthy, what would you choose? Nachos with lots of topping and baked-on cheese! Oh, man, imagine if they were healthy!
