3. Plyo Boxes. Kris Kross may make you want to jump, jump, but these boxes will make you want to work out, work out. Fantastic for building leg strength, boosting cardio and improving your fitness, jumping on plyo boxes is one of our fave moves, CrossFit or not. While there are a bunch of different plyo boxes out there, we like the CFF 3 -N-1 Wood Plyo Box ($91) because it gives you three different heights to jump up on. Yes, there is some assembly required and you do need a higher ceiling to do this particular move, but plyo box jumps are an amazing high-intensity move. One of those that will never go out of style!
