Best eco-friendly gym kicks: Nike Flyknit One+. I haven’t done a review on these new Nikes yet, but they’re by far my favorite shoe to rock when I’m lifting weights. Plus, I love that minimal waste comes out of making this shoe. It’s knitted people! Fits like a sock and is breathably beautiful. —Tish

Best minimal running shoe: Pure Project, Brooks Running. Yes, we’re a blog ambassador for Brooks, but these are 100 percent deserving of a Fittie! And it doesn’t matter which shoe you pick from the Pure Project line—they’re all amazing. —Jenn

Best everyday running shoe: Wave Rider 16, Mizuno. You know how certain running shoes just feel right? Like they were made for your feet? And when you lace them up, you somehow get this magical running power that makes you faster, springier and somehow happier? Like, just the sight of them has you telling yourself, “Damn, I’m awesome.” The Mizuno Wave Rider 16 are those shoes. —Jenn

Best travel shoes: Churn Evo, Teva. These poor shoes have seen some serious action and stink to high heaven at this point because I’ve worn them so much, but they’re still totally functional, with or without socks. Couldn’t live without ’em! —Kristen

Best ballet flats: 115 Ballet Flat, Anue by New Balance. Ridiculously cute, fun and sporty but still classy enough to dress up a bit, these flats are comfy and include a Well2Go reversible insert that allows your tootsies to either experience plush memory foam or gentle massaging pods. —Jenn

Best inline skate: K2 Alexis 84 BOA Skate. With its amazing BOA closure system that lets you easily tighten your skates as much as you need to, these inline skates scream quality. —Erin
