We recently interviewed Cassey Ho of Blogilates over on FBG (Cassey is also a certified Pilates and group fitness instructor, creator of POP Pilates and the owner and designer of oGorgeous, a line of yoga and gym bags), but turns out she’s into more than just workouts. She’s a total healthy foodie, too! So, naturally, we sneaked in some questions for Fit Bottomed Eats. Hehe.

What is your favorite healthy meal? Oh, man! This is a hard one. I love, love, love sashimi salads!
If you could only eat three things for the rest of your life, what would they be? Three? WHAT! Okay, I would eat vegan sushi (so good OMG), peanut butter (obviously) and soba noodles!
What’s the one kitchen appliance or utensil that you couldn’t live without? Hmmmmm….my Magic Bullet! I use it to make smoothies every day!
What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten? Alligator.
If you could make one unhealthy food magically healthy, what would you choose? Oh, this is such a good question!!! Please make milk tea boba healthy! Please!!! In green tea flavor, thanks.
