An Easy (and Cute) Way to Clean Your Fit Tech

Being that I just got over THE WORST flu I have ever experienced (think mono on bath salts), I am a firm advocate of disinfecting anything you touch in a public setting. I work from home, so I avoid a lot of the yearly sicknesses that go around, but I forgot about the gym. I touch and breathe in everything in that place without even thinking twice, so it was only a matter of time before I picked up someone’s sloppy seconds. Ew.

I make sure to use the cleaning sprays the gym has on hand, but now I use these lovely wipes to wipe down my hands, and cell phone (I run with it on my arm) post-workout.
