Running like a rat in the race we call Everyday Living has worn you down to the nub, physically and mentally. It’s time for vacation! Time to get away from responsibilities, relax, recharge and take up smoking. WHAT! No way, that’s not right. Who in their right mind would do that?
Well, I guess it is the same person who goes on vacation and turns into the human equivalent of a Hoover vacuum just because they’re on holiday! Get where I am going with this? You might ask yourself this simple question: “What am I taking a vacation from, healthy eating?” Well, of course not. That ideology is not going to recharge the battery, now is it? You want to return home rip-roaring and ready to take on yet another year, not five pounds heavier with a guilt trip the size of Texas, right? Right!
