Get Your Prenatal Zen on With At-Home Yoga

When I was pregnant I did prenatal yoga all the time. I wouldn’t even necessarily do a workout, but I’d do stretches that felt good to stay limber and help prepare for labor and delivery (as much as you can, anyway). Plus, some moves just feel good when you’re carrying a lot of extra weight and need a stretch in your back. We’ll share some awesome yoga poses for pregnancy next week, but today we wanted to share a new prenatal yoga workout you can get online courtesy of DailyBurn.com.

As I’ve said a trillion times, workouts that eliminate barriers are awesome for moms and moms-to-be, and DailyBurn’s new prenatal yoga series gives moms access to exercise straight to their digital devices. Head over to Babble for more info on DailyBurn’s new prenatal yoga offerings!
