Clean Cuisine: Thai Style Pineapple-Cilantro Smoothie Recipe

Earlier today we shared a little Q&A with Clean Cuisine authors Ivy and Andrew Larson about how to make the most of your green smoothies. And now we’re sharing one of their yummy recipes! Lately we’ve been sipping on this honeydew and ginger smoothie a lot, but we are PUMPED to give this Thai Style Pineapple-Cilantro Smoothie a go. Or, a blend! Thai Style Pineapple-Cilantro Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 2
Ingredients
3 c ice-cold water
1 handful cilantro
1 handful parsley
1 c frozen pineapple
1-inch fresh ginger
2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
1. Toss all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
