Today she shares six moves that will strengthen your arms — and we all know we need tons of arm strength as moms! Do this when you’ve got some time to spare or fit in a few of these moves here and there throughout the day for a full-arm workout!
6 Moves for Strong Arms
1. Arm Circles: Keeping your elbows straight and your palms facing the ground, raise your arms up so they are level with your shoulders. Begin to draw small circles with your weights. Keep your feet grounded, back straight and abs in tight. Do not arch your back. Switch directions between clockwise and counterclockwise after 30 seconds.
