Move over, mayo and mustard. The new condiment we are loving is salsa. And not salsa from a can. We’re talking delicious and flavorful homemade salsa. It’s quick and simple to make, low-calorie, high fiber — and is a fabulous way to use up all of those ripe tomatoes you’ve got (or your neighbor has given you). Put it on salads, tacos, burgers, chips — everything.
