7. Grass-fed dairy. We’ve discussed the importance of healthy fats in the diet before, but full-fat dairy seems to be particularly good for fertility. A good source of the vitamins A, D (especially key for fertility!), K2 and E and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), it’s rich of all kinds of goodies that your body needs to ovulate and support a healthy pregnancy. For an added fertility superfood bonus, try fermented dairy products like yogurt and kefir that are great sources of good-for-you gut bacteria that also help support a healthy birth canal.
