Be ‘Fierce Forward’ With These Intention Bracelets — With Giveaway!

I have a bit of a hippity-dippity question for you guys today: Do you set an intention before your workout? How about before you even start your day? What kind of energy and focus are you bringing to your fitness goals — and your life? I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. Some of it has to do with the fact that I’m meditating more (my foot is healed, but I’ve kept the daily meditation up!), and some of it is probably because I’m kind of addicted to all the Super Soul Sunday programming on OWN (told ya we were going hippity-dippity!). So when we got a couple of “Intention Bracelets” sent to FBG HQ a few weeks ago from Fierce Forward, I smiled. A bracelet that’s sole purpose is to help you set an intention — and then be reminded of that intention throughout the day? Brilliant.

And fierce.

And pretty.

Handmade and created using African trade beads, these inspirational accessories feature messages like run, do, focus, strength and energy. There’s even one to help you eat less sugar. They’re fashionable enough that they don’t look like they hold a special message (not corny at all!), but they do. I’ve been wearing the Purpose bracelet, along with a blue “Stack ‘Em” bracelet (FBG colors!), and I love how it adds a fun pop of color to any outfit — plus a gentle reminder to me to focus on my purpose.

I’ve had a few people compliment me on them (in fact, I wore them during this event to keep me focused on my — you guessed it — purpose), and I really just like wearing them. It’s a simple and easy reminder, and at about $20 for an intention bracelet, they’re pretty affordable — and they’re quality. Love ’em!

Want to wear an intention bracelet? Leave a comment with which one you’d like and why, and we’ll select three random U.S. readers in about a week to win her very own! —Jenn

I believe that what we think about all day long becomes a part of us. A “Fierce” bracelet is a brilliant way to remind us of what we would like to be made of at any given time. For me right now, that would be commitment–that is the bracelet I would love to have!

  4. Kelly says:

I love the “commitment” bracelet. That’s the hardest part for me is commitment because it’s commitment to yourself, your training, your diet, etc.

I’d love the one to help with eating less sugar! This is an on-again/off-again goal of mine (its hard to stick to!), but I recently found out I am pregnant, so this is a goal for this pregnancy! 🙂

I like the “do” and the “growth” bracelets. I have been working out and eating right for 3 weeks now and I’m trying to stay focused and make the changes I need to to stay healthy, lose weight and exercise. This will be a long journey for me since I have a lot to lose, but I know its something I need to stay focused on because it will benefit me.

These are awesome! Even if I don’t win one, I’m going to go buy one – how awesome to have that constant reminder! I would get the “Be” bracelet. I’ve gone through a hugely transformative phase in rediscovering who I am and that it’s OK to be me. I would love that reminder in those moments of self doubt to just “Be” – to stop trying to fit someone else’s mold and be who I am.

The Strength bracelet is one that really speaks to me. I pride myself on my strength to fight through difficult situations and the physical strength to push myself in my running. Lately, though, I’ve really had issues with compulsive eating. This bracelet would help to remind me of the strength I have within and to not rely on food as emotional medication.

These are great! I like the “purpose” and “be”. I am always asking God what my purpose is and everyday it changes to what is needed. I like the “be” as well to remind me to be present and to stop dwelling on the past and wishing on the future. Be is my fave right now.

A “fierce” bracelet would remind me that I am a fierce woman and I can roar to whatever goal I want to attain!
