Five-Minute Chocolate-Chip Pumpkin Muffin in a Mug Recipe

Ingredients
1 tablespoon vanilla or chocolate protein powder (your favorite brand, just make sure it’s sweet)
1 tablespoon unsweeteend almond or coconut milk
Directions
1. Mix protein powder and milk together until smooth.
2. Top your chocolate-chip pumpkin muffin in a mug. Enjoy the heck out of it!
