With a slightly pumpkin-y and oh-so-chocolaty flavor, this one gets most of its sweet flavor from the Sweetened Dark Chocolate CocoaVia packet that’s filled with powerful cocoa flavanols. Available in versatile stick packs, CocoaVia can be mixed into your favorite drinks and food — like this chocolate-pumpkin oatmeal! — and helps support healthy circulation, which is so important for workout performance and healthy aging. Chocolate-Pumpkin Oatmeal With CocoaVia Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin
2 tablespoons milk (your favorite kind)
Dark Chocolate Sweetened Packet of CocoaVia
1/2 cup prepared oatmeal (your favorite kind), warm but not hot
Few walnuts or other topping, optional
Directions
1. Combine pumpkin, milk and Cocoavia until smooth.

Yummy enough to just eat as a pudding if you wish!

2. Stir in prepared oatmeal until well mixed. We like steel-cut oats best!

Make sure it’s well combined!

3. Top with walnuts or other toppings of your choice. Shredded coconut, a tablespoon of nut butter or even a few white-chocolate chips are delicious options, too!
