Splurge on Thanksgiving — With Awareness!

I’m not going to tell you that you shouldn’t splurge at Thanksgiving. I certainly do! But instead of rolling away from the dinner table having to undo my belt, I’m going to try to exercise a little more restraint. After all, restraint now means leftovers later!
