8. Serve It Up Together
I used to dish up the kids’ meals and set them at the table before I took care of myself. But then while you’re making your own plate, they’re over there eating things and conjuring up ways to make you run errands for them before you sit down. If you can hold off serving the munchkins until you can plate up everyone’s food, you’ll be more likely to be able to eat a few bites before someone is bossing you around, wanting more of something. Sometimes those few bites are all that keeps you from getting hangry!
