How many times has your mom picked you up in your life? When learning to walk and run as a toddler? After falling off your bike when you were in grade school? After that stupid boy dumped you in high school? What about even now, as you go after your very own fit dreams and aspirations?

We’ve already shared some super inspiring videos about the amazing role moms have played in the lives and athletic careers of some Olympians and now we want to talk about you and your mom. And we’re throwing a full-out #BecauseOfMom Twitter party to do so!

Mark your calendars for Monday, January 6 from noon to 1 p.m. Eastern as we host a discussion with ya’ll about the role that our mothers have had on our health, fitness and lives. While we may not all be Olympians, our moms still play a big role. What lessons did they teach us? How did they encourage us to be better people and ourselves? How did their sacrifices help us? How have they picked us up year after year? Besides what’ll be an inspiring discussion, there will also be prizes! Yay!
