Note from the FBGs: So, UM, this clearly didn’t go as planned and a few technical difficulties turned into an all out inability to do the Hangout as we wanted. Or really, at all. We are SO sorry. We showered and everything. But, the good news is that we WILL do this again, maybe just on another format. We’re almost two weeks in to the New Year — which means that maybe, just maybe, now is the time when you could use an extra dose of fit and healthy motivation.   1. What tips do you have for a brand new intuitive eater? I want to lose weight but know that isn’t supposed to be a goal of intuitive eating. How do you eat well and exercise to lose weight without falling back into the diet mentality?
