Welcome to New Year New Rear Week 2014!

Can you believe that it’s our fourth year doing New Year New Rear Week? True story! And this year we’re doing the goodness you can usually expect — awesome workouts, how-tos and tips to make your New Year totally awesomely healthy — but we’re also doing some pretty rad giveaways and we’re lengthening the week on out to the end of next week, seeing that the holidays all fell at the weirdest time ever. So it’s longer than it ever has been before!

Not to mention that we’ll also be celebrating two amazeballs things!!! Yes, three exclamation points were necessary there. We are that pumped for this!

1. Fit Bottomed Eats turns one year today! Yeah! We’ll have more this week on that, but be sure to head on over there for some party-party time.

2. Huge news about our book! We’ve teased you a little about The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet before, but on Monday we’ll have a huge announcement about how you can get to checking out some of our best tips and tricks for the book now. Because, man, our publish date of May seems so far away, and we want to get you going as an FBG now!
