And if they are — and if you find yourself skipping them as a result — it’s time to find activities you love to do! Hate running? Try hiking instead — or simply walk often! Hate boot camp? Try a dance class. Frustrated by going solo during your workouts? Join a run club, take group classes or join up with a friend to make your routine more fun. There are way too many options out there to stick with activities you hate!
