7. Go with the grain. Grains are a perfect source of fiber and help stop cravings for refined carbohydrates like breads and pastas. These grains are all gluten-free and should be soaked overnight in water to remove natural pesticides. (Many of these grains can be found at health food stores and are now available as pastas. Quinoa pasta is one of my favorites! )

  • Amaranth
  • Millet
