It’s easy to get wrapped up in the romance of this holiday, but we think that the most important relationship you have is the one you have with yourself. So today and every day, treat yourself and talk to yourself like you would a best friend. Do that, and it’s almost impossible to not smile a little more and make healthier choices. Love on yo’self!
And one of our favorite ways to go about being your best friend is by choosing workouts you love. Workouts like this one that reader Stephanie recently did and shared with us!
How gorgeous is that? Riding her horse, she gets a great leg workout that feels like more fun than work. We love! (And, we’re also way jealous of that weather! No snow!)
