What does living the #FBGAntiDiet look like? Well, you already know it comes in all shapes and sizes, but here’s one way it takes on the day … an active bike commute!


We’ve featured eathard_workhard before, but we loved how she was taking on the day with a thumbs up and a get-fit attitude. There’s nothing like working workouts into your life — rather than the other way around. Workouts and life are one in the same! And this pretty much sums up our #FBGAntiDiet meme of the week: Life is too short to do workouts you dread!


Whether it’s on a bike or in a class or on a trail or in a gym or in your living room, the only perfect workout out there is the one that you love to do — and do often! (If you agree, feel free to nab this image and spread all around the interwebs!)

    My perfect workout isn’t a single workout — it’s mixing things up! I go a little crazy when I have to do one thing too much, so each week I try to balance lifting, teaching group classes, cycling, climbing, and skiing. And my formula/schedule/plan changes often so I can stay interested!

    I love to dance! I enjoy dance workout videos, my weekly ballroom dancing meeting (I’m in a club!), and going salsa dancing with my friends at the Mexican restaurant down the road from campus every other Wednesday. It never feels like working out because it’s so much fun, but it definitely keeps me active! 🙂
