Feeling stressed and anxious? Having trouble sleeping, or maybe you’ve noticed your focus is … well, not focused at all? Who even has time for a bubble bath or a yoga class or a big ol’ guided meditation?
Okay. Slow down, just for a second. De-stressing doesn’t have to be a long, involved process. In fact, you can lower your stress with five easy (and super quick) tweaks to your routine. Tweaks you can totally do, like, right now. Try taking note of your breath — don’t judge it, don’t worry about it, just notice it (and nothing else) for a few breaths.
