Enough with the ‘Bikini Body’ Nonsense!
As soon as spring hits it starts: Get your best bikini body! Slim down for summer! Get skinny for that swimsuit! And while I love that sunshine and warmth can kickstart a fitness routine, I hate that this time of year it seems to revolve solely around getting the right body for the right clothes. Which is why I love this infographic from The Dailey Method that focuses on a study about why women are really working out. Hint: It’s not just for that bikini body, but for the tons of other awesome benefits working out brings! (Like all the reasons we talk about in The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet book!)
Isn’t it nice to see the other reasons women are motivated to get moving, like self-confidence, energy and better posture? Not to mention, I love the little trip down workout memory lane…
