FBG Anti-Diet Challenge: Dieting Sucks — You Don’t Have To

That headline sounds weird. You don’t have to diet, we mean. Not suck. Although you don’t have to do that either. Obviously. Whatever, moving on…

Dietingsucks
So back when my pants were feeling a little too tight and I was literally feeling too big for my britches, I knew what I had to do. Eat a little better — and less — and move my bum a little more. I kept coming back to the same thought: Thank goodness I don’t have to diet. Because to me — and to the Fit Bottomed world — diet is a four-letter work that means you can’t have sweets and you’re stuck eating lettuce. Those things — deprivation and lettuce-only eating — do not have to be part of a healthy lifestyle. So next time you’re tempted to “go on a diet” remember that what you really need is a healthy lifestyle that you love and that you can stick with, forever! It’s way more fun that way!

If you want to know more about the anti-diet way of life, we’ve got a little book coming out in May dedicated to the topic (pre-order it to get extra goodies, too!). And to participate in even more anti-diet fun, you can use the #FBGAntiDiet hashtag on InstagramFacebookPinterestTwitterTumblr and/or Google+ to let us know how you’re living the anti-diet kind of life (and win fit goodies from us like workout DVDs, healthy snacks and more!). We’re featuring fun and inspiring photos with readers, over on FBG, too. As always, feel free to save and share the image above however you want.

Have you had the realization that dieting sucks? —Erin
