  • Lemon Balm: Decreases anxiety and stress and induces restful, soothing feelings on the body.
  • Chamomile: Aids with sleep problems, cramps, twitches, sore stomach, anxiety and more.

They’ve even got teas to help improve reproductive function if you’re trying to conceive. Of the Buddha Teas I tried, I most liked the ginger for its stomach-soothing properties.
