The #FBGAntiDiet Challenge: Dieting Sucks

T minus 11 days until The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet book comes out! And while we cannot contain our excitement to have our project of the last 17 months be out and into the world, today we want to hammer home a concept that we pretty much wrote the entire book around: Dieting sucks!

It’s kind of funny to see it written out like that. But it’s true! Dieting blows monkey chunks! Honestly, we don’t even know exactly what “blowing monkey chunks” means, but it’s not good. And we know for certain that living a healthy life where you pick workouts you love and eat foods that make you feel good and fuel you is pretty much the opposite of sucking. In fact, it’s exactly the opposite of sucking.

So, forget the diets and restrictive eating plans and listen to your body! Do what gives you energy! Eat foods that make you feel awesome! Move more! Be mindful when you eat! Relax often! Play! Get some sunshine! Don’t crash diet! Read our book! (Oops, how did that get in there?!) Do the stuff that makes you happy.
