Interviewing for the World’s Toughest Job

Most everyone has seen this video by now, but I just had to post it because it’s perfect for Mother’s Day and on the off-chance you’ve missed it, it’s worth a view. In the video, job applicants are interviewing for the “world’s toughest job,” which is both physically and emotionally demanding. It requires nights and weekends, lots of standing, overnight shifts, and minimal breaks or time for lunch — and work loads actually increase over the holidays. The mentioned “associates” seem extremely bossy and tough to deal with, and when they find out the job is unpaid, no one can believe that billions of people already do this job.

I don’t know about standing for 135 hours, but isn’t that the best? I love when the guy says, “Moms are the BEST.” Because they are. Thanks, Mom! —Erin
