Need a Little Sore Muscle Relief? 3 Ways to ‘Ahhhh…’

3 Ways to Sore Muscle Relief: The FRoller

FRolleruse
When you’ve got some seriously sore muscles, do you ever wonder whether you should ice it or massage it out? With The FRoller, you can do both at the same time. You simply put the FRoller in the freezer to get it nice and chilled and then roll away.
I’ll admit being a bit skeptical — I always felt like massage should come with heat, not ice, but when I used it on my quads the day after a ridiculous workout with squats and squats and more squats, my skepticism melted away. For a roller, it felt … kind of good. Soothing, maybe, is a better word for it. (And that’s really saying something, because I have been known to shed a tear or two while rolling out super sore muscles in the past.)

Plus, if you’re using it after a hot, mid-summer workout, that ice would feel pretty awesome just about anywhere, and if you struggle to make time to roll out your muscles after a workout (and, yeah, that would be me), anything that makes it a bit more pleasant is worth a shot, right?
