Propelling Through Fitness Challenges!

We FBGs always like to push ourselves to try new things and tackle new obstacles (sometimes literally). Heck, an entire chapter of our book was dedicated to getting out of our comfort zones because we think it’s that important. So we are super excited to announce a fun partnership we’ve got going with Propel all throughout the summer months. It’s filled with fun challenges that will motivate us to be better (and more hydrated!) versions of our fit selves.

Each month, one of us will be tackling a different challenge. I’m up first for the challenge, which is “Face a Fitness Fear.” When Team FBG was discussing who was tackling what topic, I believe I bravely said, “I can do fear?” Because I’m so brave I end statements with question marks.

I have been wanting to try rock climbing or trapeze or white-water rafting for ages and ages. But a little thing called pregnancy — and a much larger thing called my big belly — prevented me from going too wild and crazy. But as I’ve been tackling Zumba on the regular these days, I made myself get out of that niche and do something totally different. I’ll share my fabulous fear-conquering experience at the end of the month, but you should totally consider joining us on the challenge, too, making sure you hydrate, of course!
