Woman Crush Wednesday: The Girl Who Did Push-Ups for 100 Days

100-days-585I’m trying to get down with the whole “Woman Crush Wednesday,” thing happening on social media outlets like Twitter and Instagram. Anything that allows us to lift up other women is okay in my book; plus there are so many women worth celebrating. With that in mind, I’ve decided to forego my usual monthly Workout I Did and look at another gal’s workouts. First up on my list is this Fit Bottomed Girl.

I found her on the interwebs. Her spirit and determination has me wanting to hug her … with all my strong might!

I was so inspired by her wish to be stronger. I love that she wanted to be stronger! I swear my heart swells when I hear that women are getting fit with health and wellness in mind! And just look at what she accomplished!

    -How many pushups did she do per day?

    Push-ups aren’t easy at beginning, so I’m guessing you start with 2-3 sets of whatever number you can handle. Increase the number of reps and sets as you get stronger. 🙂
