The #FBGAntiDiet Challenge: You’re Powerful Beyond Measure

Ever seen a quote and been, like, whoa, that’s true? Like, true-to-the-depth-of-my-soul true? Yeah, that’s what this quote was for me when I first read it — and it’s stuck as one of my favorite quotes, ever. (And I know a lot of others love it, too!)

Marianne-Williamson

Go ahead and read it again … I’ll wait.

Because, seriously, it’s SO true. A lot of times it’s not that we’re feeling insecure about our abilities or are afraid that we’ll fail — sometimes we’re afraid that we’ll actually succeed. And that might put us out there and make us more vulnerable, more seen — and maybe we won’t have those comfy excuses to fall back on anymore.

But what would happen if you made peace with your power? What would happen if you recognized it, embraced and acted from it? What would happen if you did put yourself out there and were the truest and best version of you (the truest version of you is always the best)? How would your life expand? How would you grow? And most importantly: how would you feel?

(We bet you’d feel pretty darn bad-ass.)

And, to be totally honest here, I’ll admit that I’ve had to remind myself a lot of this quote lately. With our book coming out on Tuesday, there’s a lot of excitement, yes, but there’s also a lot of, well, everything Marianne Williamson is talking about. When there’s a book with your name on it, things seem to be taken up a level, and I’m doing my best to be comfortable with being a little uncomfortable — all in the name of embracing all of my inner power and inner knowing (because I know that Erin and I wrote a damn good book that will help women everywhere).

So, yeah, yay for being powerful beyond measure! Show us how you’re living the #FBGAntiDiet life and facing your fears with the hashtag #FBGAntiDiet on your FacebookInstagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Tumblr or Google+, and you could be featured in a future post and win free fit goodies!
