Ready to pump some iron? Or, actually, ready to pump some of your own iron by using your bodyweight to get a killer full-body workout in only six moves? Say hello to the official workout of FBG’s sixth birthday!
6-Move, No-Equipment Full-Body Workout
Erin, Tish, Kristen, Margo, Susan and I picked one move each to include in this killer workout. We’ve listed them and linked to tips on how to do them below so that you a) know how to do the moves and b) you know who to cuss out when you’re feeling the burn! You may not actually be pumping iron, but you’ll feel — and look — like it!
- Jenn: star jumps
- Erin: plank
- Margo: bear crawl
- Tish: push-ups (no surprise after this video, right?)
- Susan: single-leg stand-up
- Kristen: burpees
One time through this will take you about 5 to 10 minutes. We challenge you — with the whole birthday theme and all — to work up to doing the circuit six times through. Yes, SIX! Feel free to modify as necessary! Work it, girl!
