Ready to pump some iron? Or, actually, ready to pump some of your own iron by using your bodyweight to get a killer full-body workout in only six moves? Say hello to the official workout of FBG’s sixth birthday!

6-Move, No-Equipment Full-Body Workout

Erin, Tish, Kristen, Margo, Susan and I picked one move each to include in this killer workout. We’ve listed them and linked to tips on how to do them below so that you a) know how to do the moves and b) you know who to cuss out when you’re feeling the burn! You may not actually be pumping iron, but you’ll feel — and look — like it!

  1. Jenn: star jumps
  2. Erin: plank
  3. Margo: bear crawl
  4. Tish: push-ups (no surprise after this video, right?)
  5. Susan: single-leg stand-up
  6. Kristen: burpees

One time through this will take you about 5 to 10 minutes. We challenge you — with the whole birthday theme and all — to work up to doing the circuit six times through. Yes, SIX! Feel free to modify as necessary! Work it, girl!

    Star jumps! Love these quick workouts, where I don’t have a huge ordeal trying to drag myself to a gym.

  3. Nice tips! I would want to follow all those six moves but as to start, I like to do the plank. I would surely try it all at home with my friends. Thanks Jenn!

    Thank you for the Tips. I Would follow the moves to stay fit and healthy. Although I used to do some exercise in the evening time, but these moves will definitely helps me.

    Much obliged to you for the Tips. I Would take after the moves to remain fit and solid. In spite of the fact that I used to do some activity at night time, however these moves will causes me.
