5. 21-Day Fix. We’ve heard so much about this system — in fact, it sold out super fast when it first came on the scene. And with good reason. It seems a little gimmicky, but how it’s set up is kind of awesome. With a 50-50 emphasis on nutrition and fitness, you get 30-minute boot-camp-style workouts paired with a simple nutrition plan that doesn’t count calories — yay! In fact, the system includes portion-control containers that helps you to eat balanced meals with protein, lots of veggies, fruit, carbs and healthy fats (note: they do try to sell Shakeology pretty hard). So simple but so smart! Led by celebrity trainer and single mother, Autumn Calabrese, it’s a totally doable workout DVD system.
What it includes: Seven workouts on two DVDs, the portion-control containers, get-started guide, eating plan and a bonus three-day quick fix (this one seems a little too diet-y for us, but that’s to be expected, hehe).
