6 Healthy Chips to Try

3. Van’s Multigrain Chips. This was our first time trying anything from Van’s Natural Foods, and, man, oh, man, was it a tasty treat! While the Mighty Good BBQ! chips were a touch sweet for us, the Nacho, Nacho, Man! (Yep, that’s seriously the name — awesome) were memorable enough to make us want to write a poem to mark the occasion. They really taste like nachos! While there is dairy in them (that real flavor comes from the real thing), these are gluten-free, all-natural, corn-free and cholesterol-free. Made with gluten-free oats, brown rice, millet, quinoa and amaranth, they definitely pack in the trendy superfood grains — and with a lighter and airier texture, they certainly go down easy!

Simply 7 quinoa chips switched quinoa farmers and they now only have 1g of protein per serving, not 9g as originally packaged. And they now have more fat. Not a healthy choice!
